Each of our services at The Treatment Room have different time specifications. Please check your confirmation email to check for a duration of service or speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
This question is very unique to the customer and the service you visit at The Treatment Room. Some of our treatments require one session where as, others may require multiple. Please speak to a member of staff for further details.
We know when you’re in pain you need to see someone as soon as possible. We pride ourselves in booking our patients in quickly and promptly so give us a message on WhatsApp using the number +971 509110073 and we will do the rest.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We currently accept Online Payments, Cash & BACCS.
What If I Need to Cancel an Appointment?
At The Treatment Room we operate on a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of treatment.
In addition, if you do not show up for an appointment without contacting the practitioner you will not be eligible for a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Where Can I Park?
Clinic Parking Options
Parking options at Recovery Rooms / Vic Sports Complex – Al Quoz are as follows:
Kerbside Parking: There is parking available directly outside the complex. However, in the event that space is limited or you are unable to access the kerbside, we have an alternative option.
Free Open Parking: Located approximately 150 meters beyond Recovery Rooms, we offer free open parking. It is conveniently situated opposite the end of Al Quoz Mall. To locate this parking area, simply follow the signs for Car Detailing and Covid Testing.
Will I Have to Undress?
For our clinicians to do an accurate assessment and gather all relevant information it is often beneficial to uncover the body part in question. We assure you that all levels of decency will be observed at all times and we encourage you to bring a chaperone if you feel more comfortable.
If you have an upper body or neck problem you will be required to remove your top half. Ladies should wear underwear that they feel comfortable in or bring a vest top. For a lower limb or low back problem we will often ask you to uncover both your lower and upper back. For the lower half we would suggest that you bring some shorts. You will be offered a freshly laundered gown with every appointment.
It is important to communicate your feelings if at any time you feel uncomfortable during the process.

Highly Recommend Musa! I’ve been seeing Musa at The Treatment Room Dubai for assisted stretching, and he’s incredible. He’s super knowledgeable and knows exactly how to release tension and help with any aches or stiffness. I always leave feeling lighter, more flexible, and pain-free. Musa is also kind, professional, and really listens to what your body needs. I can’t recommend him enough if you want to move and feel better. Definitely worth booking a session!

I have had great experiences with The Treatment Room over the last few years with Ross, Jess and Musa. Ross is a fantastic physio, so much care and attention to detail. I had a brilliant sports massage with Jess, who was so lovely. Recently, I've been having weekly assisted stretching sessions with Musa, who has made a huge positive impact on my physical health. As an ex pro dancer, my flexibility was lost massively, mostly due to various injuries, and it is wonderful to feel my body getting back to where it was.
